why can an id card be a problem?

Hey, short story

Facebook Account META Verified got banned 2-3 times already but always unbanned within 1h as it was unjust

META Verified told me to link to my Instagram/Threads account so i can get verified support, incase i get banned again, i asked them if that doesnt get banned also, and they said nope.

NOW a few days ago my Facebook account got banned (and with this Instagram/threads) for "Account Integrity", i appealed and won, but my account (all 3) is still locked behind "Review requested" all tho im getting Mobile Phone pings from Facebook/Threads that i can not open by any means, so its essentially bricked?

i made a new Instagram Account with my Real Name and supplied my Both sides of my ID Card to make a new META Verified account, but they declined it a few times and said "the ID card is declined and i should use another one" but where would i get another one, i only have one, or do they ask me to fake one? i dont get it..

i also tried sending multiple mails to noreply@facebookmail.com,appeals@fb.com,security@facebookmail.com,support@fb.com,accounts@support.fb.com,appeals@instagram.com,appeals@meta.com,escalations@cases.meta.com,press@fb.com and contacting them over instagram, but no response

does anyone have any idea how to get a META Verified account or any kind of support?
