Why isnt active euthanasia legal in india?

Its my life. If I say I wanna die, then what's rhe problem? Why should a book (constitution) or a judge stop me? Whatever might be the reason - depression, PTSD, etc - why does the govt care? Either active euthanasia should be made legal or make mental health treatments almost free. And i feel like if active euthanasia is made legal then then we will easily lose the number 1 spot of the most populated country in less than a day
