Spotting for weeks. Anyone experienced this? Is it serious?

Hi. I have been infected with low risk Hpv. Not sure if I have any types of high risk but my Hpv test in May 2024 was negative. I understand it could be dormant by the time I tested. If I do I would be infected for 4.5 years because of the first sexual intercourse. I only had 1 person. I just went in for my pap 2 weeks ago and it came back normal. They didn’t test me hpv this time. I also know about adenocarcinoma is hard to detect through pap. However, i have been spotting on and off. I’m not on BC nor sexually active. It all started after I used my dildo and bled on Jan 19. Started spotting and had period from Jan 23 to 28. Thought everything was good and i spot from Feb 3 to 12. Stopped and came back again on Feb 18. My period started yesterrday. Very worried if this is an early sign of cancer? Gooogled and everything came up with cancer.
