Places to eat around Yello Hotel Harmony (just north of Monas)?

^(Hi! Can anyone recommend good, inexpensive places to eat in this area? Indonesian food, not hamburgers etc...either local Jakarta style or more generic 'Indonesian' food is fine.)

Backpacker budget not Michelin star restaurants! If possible also open in the evening not just for lunchtime.
