How does the TSP I fund compare to other international funds?

I’m curious what everyone’s thoughts are on how the TSP I fund compares to other international funds, particularly at the big three brokerages (Schwab, Fidelity, and Vanguard).

Hoping to have less of a conversation about past performance and allocation but more so about the meat of the fund and if it’s the “best” one out there for international exposure.

Do you hold exclusively I for your international exposure or do you have other international funds outside of the TSP?
