Manager ghosted me

Hi everybody I got signed last year by a manager and it took me a few months to save up for headshots. I sent her the headshots that she had requested and she said they weren’t professional headshots. She sent me a link to the agency website and I got headshots exactly like the ones of their other clients. They complained about it and sent me the link to their website again where I showed them screenshots to other people’s profiles and my own showing that they were the exact same type of background and they began ignoring me. I did exactly what they asked for and even sent them links to photographers they requested to make sure they were the right fit and I wasn’t wasting my money. Now I have to worry about the fact that I’ll be paying a manager who isn’t doing anything to help my career. Is this normal behavior? Is it a breach of contract in most instances? I can send the contract over if anybody is keen on that subject.
