AP: didn’t apply

API updates:

2 FTAOs 12/22/25; 3rd one on 2/21/26; H008 2/22/26. Had about 4 silent updates starting 1/4 and last one 1/24. I had stopped checking religiously but I checked within the last week and didn’t see any after 1/24. On 2/3 Emma agent said it was transferred to Chicago FO (non local). I am from one of the 75 countries.
