s24u or x300u

Rn I'm using the s23u but it in bad condition and I want to buy an new phone and im stuck between the x300u and the s24u

I have considered the s26u but I dont like the design and there not much upgrade

I want the s24u cuase of the screen and the software and much better support in my country

I want the x300u cause of it hardware and it camera quality but I heard the software isn't that great but some of my friend say oppo is a Spyware since vivo and oppo under the same conpany(bkk) im scared it gonna be the same case

Is it really worth the wait for x300u?
