I think it's time for Mercy to get a full rework

Her kit is outdated, plain and simple. I think the buff she gets next patch (incorperating Flash Heal into her base kit) is good, but it has the potential to be a band-aid on a bullet hole. Mercy is the only Support in the game that can't meaningfully input damage with the rest of her team, and her utility in Damage Boost just doesn't cut it anymore when you compare it to... like, any other Support.

I think Mercy needs a new passive (either of the Protective Beam or Triage Unit Powers from Stadium) and Damage Boost needs a rework (I think it should be changed into an AoE Ability but that could be too broken).
