GLA/EDI cancellations (Regional, Belfast)

Aer Lingus Regional reduced their flights significantly over the next few months, with Glasgow-Belfast having lots of cancellations and only 1 flight per day. EDI-Belfast too. Any idea what's up? The 2nd GLA flight per day comes back mid July and am nervous about whether this will actually 'stick'.
