Fines in malta are a joke

TLDR: just venting, tired of idiot drivers

I am geting annoyed by idiots on motorbikes and in cars with no mufflers, driving back and forth and revving their trash to make as much noise as possible, sometimes in the middle of the night. I live 500m away from main road of the city, normal trafic is just far, quiet noise, I can watch videos, listen to music, talk with people, with windows open, but idiots sound like chainsaw working just next to my door. No idea how much worse this is for people living just next to the street.
I have many ideas like throwing a brick at idiot when he will be passing, but first I was looking for some legal way. I found that worst they can get for that is 50eur multa and mostly they get nothing because pulizija don't care.
