Thank you to the Redditor that introduced me to loveforourelders.org - a great reason to use my pens!

I looked across a number of subreddits and can’t find the post in question, but a month or so ago I came across someone that mentioned Love For Our Elders (https://loveforourelders.org/letters). This month I bought a stack of nice greeting cards and spent a few hours writing over a dozen letters, one for each of the individuals listed this month.
There are few letter writers in my circle of friends, and it feels strange sending the same folks cards & letters when they aren’t likely to respond. I really enjoyed taking my time with the letters I wrote for these folks, and the thought that my letters might be meaningful to them made it extra special. I’m posting as a way of saying “thanks” to that poster, whomever they are, and also to make more folks aware of Love For Our Elders, in case anyone needs a(nother) reason to use those nice fountain pens!!
