Fanfic help

I'm starting to write a Wednesday fanfic set in the Fallout universe. It's gonna be set in 2292, and I have a basic plot outlined, but to any other Fallout fans here, could you read over some of the divergences I've made from canon Fallout lore to see if it's good? Thanks.

1. T-60 was a planned upgrade to T-45, but was only tested domestically before the bombs fell, the Brotherhood finding schematics for it at the Citadel and finishing the project during the integame period. They upgraded all the T-45 suits to T-60, (reason for no T-45s) and gently phased out the T-51s. (reason for no them)

2. Outcasts are people who were affected more than others by the airborne FEV from the Glow.

3. Enid and the other werewolves in California are descended from a 'failed' experiment by the Unity.

4. Enid's mom is using the California Wolves as a cannon fodder army on behalf of the Enclave.

5. Nevermore used to be an army depot, sistered to the firing range in Jericho, so the people there have PIP-Boys. (the kind from 76)

6. Yoko is a new ghoul, Eugene's bees are slightly bigger than canon, Agnes uses Stealth Boys, Pugsley uses miniaturised Tesla cannon tech, Bruno is a spy for the California Wolves, Dort is an undercover raider, Orloff is a robobrain ex-Institute scientist, and Tyler's Hyde was a Super Mutant Butcher.

7. Weeks was a psycher, so she manipulated people's vision to make her look like someone else, and was killed by Thornhill using a modified form of the New Plague.

8. Crackstone was a pre-War Dunwich cult leader and was revived as a Glowing One.

9. Enid was sent to Vermont along with a Detachment, under the pretense of learning more about the wasteland, to make contact with an alleged group of Enclave remnants. (They were wiped out, but the woman Wednesday frees at Willow Hill is replaced by the only survivor, who flees to the Detachment to establish contact with the California Wolves)

10. As Vermont wasn't too strategically important, there was only a moderate nuclear obliteration, therefore the state's Poseidonet was cut in half, basically giving the PIP-Boys Internet access.

There are other things, but those were mostly Wednesday canon divergences. If any Fallout fans could comment on any of these, it'd be a massive help, thanks.
