UPWORK WONT LET ME BUY CONNECTS

I have tried putting 2 cards (MasterCards) and both just keeps saying "RECENT CHARGE FAILED" and keeps throwing me

"Sorry, something went wrong on our end. Please refresh the page and try again. If this issue keeps happening, contact customer support."

The customer support page are just articles, no one to contact. Is there any solutions for this?

Tried clearing my browser cache, still the same. Tried removing then adding the cards, still the same. Mind you both cards are not empty. I need to work asap and this keeps bugging me out lol
