Imagine winning the lotto and being able to buy a highrise apartment in Seattle and then remodeling it to be an exact replica of Frasier's apartment?

Honestly surprised no superrich fan hasn' done this yet. But if I had millions to spare I woul absolutely recreate his apartment down to the wassili, eames chair, coco chanel couch, and african erotic art. Of course, some liberties would have to be taken with the audience side of the living room, but everything else would be identical. Maybe a bigger kitchen, and washer dryer in the apartment
