Clinic used wrong protocol!!!

I just finished my 3rd ER and received my day 1 fertilization results. The embryologist's message stated that they used traditional insemination instead of ICSI, which was clearly stated in my protocol. I called and messaged about this concern but what the hell??? Has this happened to anyone else before? How did you address this miscommunication/error on their end?
