Professional clothes mid 40s

I need to do some wardrobe updating and I’m really struggling, especially with pants. My legs are my best feature, but I have a pretty flat butt (inescapable genetics) and I’m very busty. Pencil pants with a blazer or long cardigan were very good for me, but I look out of touch. Anything cropped makes me look all boob (and huge) and all the looser trouser styles hang off my butt and sag in the back. the cumulative effect adds 20 lbs. Shopping is miserable.

I don’t want to look trendy. I want to look like 40+ woman in a leadership position who is reasonably in touch with style.
