Am I an asshole for not wanting to give a seasonal worker a ride?

I don’t want to disclose where I work for obvious reasons but it’s a workshop with around a dozen employees. Last summer we had a seasonal worker that mainly worked with me and he will work next week as there is a school break and he’s looking to earn some extra bucks. The difference this time around is that it’s winter and he cannot ride his moped so someone has to drive him to us. Us employees aren’t thrilled with having him back as he is very incompetent and causes more harm than good when he’s around, don’t need to go into details but he’s a troubled young man that has been up to no good but our bosses insists on giving him a chance so we are just going to have to up with him. Me and one other guy are the only realistic options for him to ask for a ride as we both live relatively close to him but none of us wants to do it. He’s been spamming me all week but I’ve just ghosted him the whole time and now I’m in a moral dilemma for me to pick him up. It’s a 5 min detour which isn’t a but I just want nothing to do with him.
