Need a reference for potential job

I have an interview in 10 days and it requires me to provide references for my current job and past jobs. I have references for my past jobs but don’t want to tell my current employer I’m potentially quitting in case I don’t get this new job. In return I’ll pay it forward or be your reference. Please let me know if you’re interested thanks!
