Should I buy?

Found this fb marketplace deal for a Sony zv-e10II, for $1200. I’ve been looking at this camera or the a6700 for quite awhile now. Comes with the body, 2 lenses, small rig cage+handle, shotgun mic, DJI RS3 mini+handle. Seems like a really good deal as I usually see the av-e10II go for 1000+ for just the body. The guy seems reputable, has good reviews and runs a studio for photography headshots/content. Good deal but also a lot of money for me, if I do get I’m thinking of selling some of the extra accessories and just keeping the camera. Lmk what you think Please!
