Anyone know of safe places to move to?

I've been moving around for about a year. I thought I left my abusers/gangstalkers/sex traffickers when I left SW Missouri. They followed me to NE Oklahoma & it's only gotten worse. I moved in with my Dad & Step Mom for a while, thinking that would be safe. It wasn't. I stayed in a local domestic abuse shelter for trafficking & I was not even safe there. After bouncing around a couple more times, I finally got an apartment for me & my dog. I got a little job, too. Nothing else has changed! Just my address. It's much worse than before & I'm going to move further away this time. I can't physically, financially or emotionally afford another move but I can't emotionally take this anymore, either. I'm just unsure about what programs are actually safe for victims of this? I never would have thought that a domestic abuse shelter wouldn't be safe, but now I know. Trust is nearly impossible & I don't have anyone to turn to. I just want to be safe & not followed or trafficked anymore!! I'm a 51 year old !? It's so gross! Who would want to sex traffickers someone so old, anyway!!? It's just all disgusting to do to anyone of any age!!
