Unexpected pregnancy

I’m in shock. Ive had PCOS and struggled with infertility for about 2+ years, getting on tirz has helped me lose almost 30 lbs. I just found out I’m pregnant, about 5 weeks. I’m stopping this medication *immediately* of course.

Any women out there that got pregnant on tirz can give me some peace of mind? 🙏 I’m panicking. Also nervous about quitting cold turkey and how that will affect any additional weight gain. Hoping for any positive stories!
