Hair and makeup artist

Searching for a hair and makeup artist in NYC for April 24th 2026 for our elopement and photos for myself and possibly my mom and MIL ❤️my budget is around $400 for myself and my moms will be paying for themselves so please include pricing and portfolio if possible! I’m so tired of sending a million emails and hearing back from 2 out of 20 sent and they’re both out of budget 😭
