Eufy S4 Max issues

I bought the Eufy S4 Max NVR system. I have a STEAMEMO 8 port POE switch (managed). I have all 4 of my cameras connected to the switch and then the switch is connected to the NVR.

The video lags a lot, I get the “please wait” a lot, and there is a big lag when I go to move the PTZ. Has anyone else had this issue? What can I do to fix this?

I thought the lag shouldn’t be a thing since the entire system is wired.

I tried contacting support and they replaced the NVR but I am still having the same issue.
