FA’s wear blinders?

Poor gate agent begging people to check their carry-on, begging! On flight itself, IN DIRECT VIEW OF FLIGHT ATTENDANTS, people put their sweaters in overhead, people put multiple bags in overhead, and people put their bags sideways since too big….and FAs just look the other way.

I get they don’t want confrontation, but some of this seems easy to address. Frustrating!!
