NKD Okubo nakrir
Finally home and able to try out this Aogami #2 nakiri from Okubo and it's razor sharp out of the box. Love the rustic look and supporting a small maker, which is what I was looking for in a nakiri. Really appreciate Michael at Knife Japan for making the delivery work out while I was in Tokyo. The timing was just right for my visit and I'm grateful to be able to take this back home and using it for years to come.
