I don't know how to make online friends

Hii if you are reading this first thank you for reading second i don't know how to make online friends this is super hard atleast for me i don't have any friends in real life and online why i don't have any friends because i have health issues i cannot go outside that's why i just can't make friends offline when I just turned 14 or two months before i stop going outside now i am almost 18 yrs old guy my teenage years gone without any school life friends just because I have some fucking health issues i don't go anywhere so i just scroll for 6 to 10 hrs a day I am seriously not kidding when I say 6 to 10 a day scrolling i don't see any purpose or excitement for things anymore i developed some bad habits like intrusive thoughts they are eating me alive and I can't talk to people like i used to easily without any effort now i just can't i was a extrovert boy now i am a shy and insecure guy who doesn’t know how to make eye contact with anyone even with family members anyways i know I made lot of grammar mistakes because english is not my native language i am still learning english and I am learning by myself mostly watching videos in english and scrolling reels so if you are still reading thank you so much for reading my message and if you are 18 to 21 yrs old anywhere between 18 to 21 pls dm just say hii we cab talk about anything and we can share reels with each other keep smiling
