Do you prefer clarity during the year or reconciliation at year-end?

I used to let everything accumulate and then sort it out with my accountant at the end of the year.

It works… until you realize you don’t actually know your real profit during the year.

I’ve started restructuring my tracking to see results month by month instead of reconstructing data later. I’ve been testing penry.fr/en since it’s designed around French rental + freelance combinations.

It doesn’t replace an accountant, but it gives better ongoing visibility.

How do you approach this? Clean structure from day one, or fix things later?
