Mega dragonite raid not giving shards

Hello, I’ve done more than 5 mega raids for dragonite and somehow I’m not getting any mega shards for him, neither Malamar, I only got shards for Gyarados. Anyone knows why? I heard a lot of people without tickets are getting the shards And if there’s any mega raids for dragonite that have you shards outside LA, please share cords. Thank you
