multiple user workflow

I converted my Calibre library to booklore (loving it so far). Spent way too long obsessively cleaning up the metadata. Doing initial synch to 1st kobo as we speak.

Created admin account with a public shelf for each user. I plan to add books to admin account from bookdrop and then add it to shelves of whichever users want it on their kobo.

Then, I go into each of the users accounts, select all books in the shelf and add them to kobo shelf. Then they can synch and it downloads to their device.

Is there a way to add books directly to the users kobo shelf or set it up to automatically add to kobo shelf when it's added to "their" shelf?

Trying to avoid having to log in and out of 5 different accounts to manage 4 readers with very different tastes in books.
