Best Elopement Spots on Kauai??

I am getting eloped in Kauai in mid March of this year. I would love suggestions for places that are free (or just have a state park fee). I don't want to be disruptive to others who are enjoying nature and to nature itself. It will be my fiancé and I, our photographer, and then 5 family members (one of them is officiating). If possible, I would love a lush green mountain with the ocean in the background, or a place with lots of greenery that is not far from the beach. There will be no chairs, no setup, and I imagine the ceremony will be ~15 minutes. I am open to any and all suggestions! Thank you!
