How much is considered an overpay?

im a returning player and I have a lot of legacy/old items I want to trade for a halo with medium demand listed on tradaire, but on traderie most of my legacy/old items are listed as low demand, I wanted to know how much of an overpay would I need to do with low demand legacy/old items to get someone with the halo I want to accept my trade
