fasting after menstruation shower

Salam, i’m confused as to how set my niyyah for fasting after my menstruation cycle has ended. i have to take my ghusl shower in the morning, but that means i can’t pray fajr. swill my fast be accepted if i can’t pray fajr? is it possible for me to set my niyyah for fasting and then pray my fajr in the morning after i have showered?
