Almost had an anxiety or panic attack

Okay so to clear the air with this since I don't know the difference because I haven't had either one of them in my life and I got scared not knowing which one I was having at the moment. When I was in high-school about my sophomore year is when I started coming out as gay cause I thought I was gay. But I was wrong. Anyways point is everyone knew I was gay at the time plus I was apart of the football team,marching band,show choir etc. Anything I could do and point im making is that I got sexually harassed a lot like creepy a lot. And I never got over or past it so when I get depressed my dumb ass goes thinks back to high school and it makes it worse. Which I start breathing really fast because of and feeling like my chest is caving in on its self. Idk what it is but thankfully I got an amazing doc who im gonna talk to about and figure this out so I don't have these attacks anymore.
