Genuinely afraid and need support

NSFW

Before this post is misinterpreted I want to say that I am not posting to ask for a diagnosis or medical advice I just need support, I am struggling alot.

F19 been dealing with on and off UTIs for 6 months and more recently a headache for almost 3 months the doctors have not been able to help me at all and I can't see a neurologist until April.

Since ive been dealing with the UTIs for months its honestly not my main issue anymore, I've unfortunately gotten used to it, Its just this headache. Ive taken Tylenol, ibuprofen, doctors have given me triptans, migraine cocktails (abortives), reglan, compazine, seen a chiropractor, even morphine hasn't stopped this damn pain. I rest, I drink fluids, use heat and ice, I sleep. Nothing and I mean nothing stops this pain.

I'm 19 and I'm scared. I have no diagnosis and I'm honestly lost. I never ever thought this would be my life, it feels like a horrible nightmare everyday waking up with this pain. The doctors have done CTs and bloodwork which have all come back normal but I'm still scared daily that this is something that is going to kill me, that one night I'll go to sleep and that will be it, I won't wake up. It makes me so afraid to sleep at night.

I can't do much on my own anymore, cant cook my own meals, cant go on walks, can't draw (and I'm an artist) cant listen to music because it hurts my head. I only go outside for doctors visits at this point. I don't know what's wrong with me and its horrifying.

I'm not even religious yet I've started to pray in hopes that maybe there's a god who will help me. I don't have help from my parents and they even call me selfish for being sick the way I am as if its something I want and something I enjoy. like I said i don't want a diagnosis, i don't want medical advice I just want support, I'm scared and alone and my mental health is horrendous because of this.
