How do I learn the strategy of football?

I just started watching this year after wanting to get into it and joining a fantasy league with my buddies. So I know enough to watch with my friends and family and have a jolly good time, but I’d like to go deeper. Like, I just bought Madden 26 and I am realizing I don’t know how any of the strategy that goes into football works. When people say that certain coaches have an incredible scheme, or a QB makes excellent reads, I have no idea what they’re talking about. I was never taught this stuff cause I never played football in high school but I’d like to learn all the coverages, personnel packages, schemes, etc. but there is so much information and I don’t know where to begin.
