About to start 150mg Wellbutrin XL, 50mg Desvenlafaxine, 5mg Aripiprazole

Ive gone through a few different treatment plans for depression and anxiety so far to little success. My most recent try was 300mg of Wellbutrin XL and 10mg of Lexapro, which made me a lot worse. I'm moving down to 150mg for Wellbutrin due to daily uncontrollable shaking in semi-stressful situations and am cutting off Lexapro. Haven't tried Desvenlafaxine or Aripiprazole before.

Any thoughts or stories from any of these medications or a combo like this?
