From my experience running outbound AI campaigns, the ideal call duration isn’t about making the call longer, it’s about making it efficient. For cold outreach, 45–90 seconds is usually enough to qualify interest and book a next step. If it goes beyond 2–3 minutes, either the lead is highly interested or the script needs tightening. Focus on clarity, fast qualification, and a clear CTA.
