Consequence of not appearing for mid sem

Hello Seniors, I am having immense pain ( due to periods and stress) to the point I am unable to sit. And heavy bleeding and what not. I am trying but I don't think so I can make it up to the exam today? What will be the consequence of me missing this exam? Will I be summoned and questioned at the dean office? Will they call my parents ( they are very strict and scary) ? I am very anxious rn
