The God of alcohol graces you with the ability to have one drunken talent. You are 10 times better at whatever this skill is but only while drunk( not tipsy... full on drunk) . The more drunk you are the better the skill increase.

All other effects and after effects of the drinking apply, including if you black out or hang over.
