My male pigeons yells all day

I have a bonded pair and they hang out on my balcony regularly. however, my male one yells aaaall the time. he's super noisy with his deep coos and he cooks all the time as soon as the sun rises. at this point I'm mildly annoyed by him and I believe it's just a matter of time until my neighbours have had enough of the constant cooing as well. he's getting himself kicked out by my landlord if this persists.

taking him inside doesn't fix the problem either.

does anyone know how to make noisy pigeons shut up?
