Tired of spending money on ads that dont bring bookings, trying to grow tour business without ads.

Any other small tour activity owners here? I feel like im just burning cash on google and social media ads. I get clicks, sometimes even calls, but almost no actual booked tours. Its frustrating and expensive.

I dont have a big marketing budget and I cant afford to guess what works. I just want a way to get in front of people who are already planning their trip and ready to book an experience and finally get bookings through OTAs instead of chasing random traffic.

Is there any method or platform where you only pay when you actually get a booking?
