Trying to gear up Chroma prime, been gone a while, like recommendations

so I have videos for the warframe itself but not a lot on weapons and I am not sure what is "good" anymore or if that got flattened over the years to be more of a "play what you want" vibe. I just don't want to be a liability or super carried ( I know chroma isn't in the best position but I love the look of him too much)

so what main and sub weapons play well for him and what polearm? yes the melee has to be a polearm, non negotiable. I would appreciate the reasoning as to why one polearm is better than the other.

Currently have Lenz, Atomos and Lesion.

Lenz while cool for its mass slow burst....tends to not get any kills because all the teammates kill before it goes off. Atomos is Good element but short range.

thank you for the tips.
