Hitch Carrier Help

I’m looking for input on a hitch carrier solution.

We have two big dogs and a baby on the way, so we want to be able to load everyone and our stuff up.

Interested in a hitch carrier system that locks and is weather proof. The only solution I think I have found is the Yamika Swing Rack and EXO Gear Locker, does anyone have experience with this?

I’m open to potentially get a roof rack/cargo box, but I love being able to park in my garage (we’re in hail country$ and like the idea of easily removing the hitch carrier when not in use. TIA.
