Arizona Winter AC Use

Running on of our units cooler, 70-72, to keep nursery cool. Float switch seems to keep tripping. Spray foam attic. Had a “larger” float switch installed, still tripped. Usually happens in evening/night (never realize it until we go to bed).

Is this normal? Any suggestions for fixes? I can’t imagine this is just something we have to deal with happening because we choose to run our AC in warmish AZ winters.
