How clear is the difference from episode 6 to the rest

From episode 1-5 , the episodes are faithful to the book.
And the episode 6 feels weird, music is out of place, changes from the book looks either rushed or a statement from the directors/writers that they wanted to have more agency and do their own thing.

Oh boy when any GRRM tv show is not faithful to the original source, it completely falls appart.
I hope this episode 6 is the exception and the rest of the seasons are back to normal.
