Slash and free error

Whenever i try to use one of my different new accounts or invite someone different it either says: “There was an error detected in your account.” Or “Something went wrong try again later.” I’m not sure what to do here. I tried it on some preexisting accounts and it worked but I’m out of accounts like that😭
