Ramen selection Uzu kyoto

Have been trying to book a reservation at Uzu ramen, kyoto and was looking for some recommendations around which one to pick amongst the Soy sauce & fermented Mugwort or Spicy misu & sake kasu. Would appreciate any advise or shared experiences. Thanks!
