Need help finding a camera

Budget: around $100 for just the camera no accessories 

Country: USA

Condition: I would perfer new but it doesn't matter to me too much

Type of Camera: I don't know the different types of cameras I'm sorry

Intended use: Video with audio capabilities 

If photography: what style: 

If video what style: Vlogging

What features do you absolutely need: Ability to get the videos onto a computer/other device, ability to record audio

What features would be nice to have: long life span, I'd like to be able to put it on a tripod 

Portability: How portable does it need to be? pocketable

Cameras you're considering: Panasonic palmcorder because my dad said he had one when he was younger and he's highly recommended it, ZYDIIE 4k video camera camcorder UHD 64MP (link) because it seems like it has everything I want and right now its the strongest contender 

Cameras you already have: I don't have any previous camera experience 

Notes: No real notes even if a camera only has a few of these qualities then I'll stron consider it
