I can't tolerate medicine.

I have had gastritis since July 2025 and since then I've had several adverse effects from most of the pills I use to combat heartburn and nausea (my main symptoms).I was diagnosed with H. pylori gastritis, I completed treatment in November, and now I'm going to have a breath test to rule out whether I still have H. pylori. Currently I am not undergoing any other treatment whatsoever. My symptoms have been getting worse, and the antacids and Anti-nausea meds are not helping as much as they used to. So I'm asking any other alternative treatment I could try like herbs, dishes or anything really, if you think it could help me trough my gastritis recovery 🙏🏻
